I am a Certified Health Coach and Board Certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

I received my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in Manhattan, N.Y. and in partnership with Columbia University Teachers College graduated with honors as a Certified Health Counselor.

The curriculum included studies of all the different dietary theories, eastern and western nutrition, modern health issues and holistic health counseling.

The Institute for Integrative Nutrition is the largest nutrition school in the world. Some of the world's greatest nutrition experts are on the faculty as guest speakers including Dr Andrew Weil, Deepak Chopra, Paul Pitchford, Michio Kushi, Dr Mark Hyman, Dr Peter D'Adamo, Dr Neil Barnard, and Dr Mehmet Oz.

I have always been interested in health and wellness and found just the right tool in The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in guiding the way to help the many people who struggle with the question of "I know I should be eating healthier but what is right for me?" Diets don’t work because we are all “Bio-Individually” different there is no "one size fits all" The key is to find what works for YOU!

Want to be healthier, slimmer, smarter, stronger and sexier? When diet changes, everything changes! What you eat literally becomes your cells, blood, tissues, organs and even your mood and thoughts.

The old adage "Knowledge is Power" is so appropriate for these times we live in when everywhere you turn what was "good" for us is now "bad" and vise versa.

I have a background in business, owning and successfully running a restaurant in the Gold Coast area of Chicago. Over the years cooking for my growing family led me to my quest in evaluating the effect and nutritional value of what I was preparing for them.

I belong to various community health related organizations and committes as:

My "Mission" as the Founder and Director of Higher Level Wellness LLC is to guide and empower the individual through education, nutrition and lifestyle changes to a life of health and vitality a "Higher Level of Wellness"!
